All courses booked with Learn 2 drive driver training are under provision that you understand that you are forming a contract between yourself and the instructor who is self -employed franchisee. Any balance disputes, claims and discussions should therefore be taken up with the instructor and not with Learn 2 drive driver training.

The company cannot be held liable for any compensation claims from either the instructor/ client.

If you are not test standard on your test day, you may be refused the use of our instructors car and the instructor's decision is final.

The Client will be permitted to use the training car for the driving test provided the pupil has reached a safe standard of driving. Whilst every effort is made to get client to test level & take the practical,if its considered by the instructor, that the client could be danger to themselves, examiner & public, then for safety reasons the client will not be allowed to use the training car for the test & will bew advised accordingly.

Learn 2 drive driver training will not be held responsible if your course is affected by unavailable examiner, bad weather, unforseen mechanical failure, unforseen accident whilst on lesson/test.

Tuition vehicles are perodically changed either permantly or temporarily due to mechanical or other problems. Learn 2 drive driver training will not be held for any losses (e.g. test fees) if the client chooses to decline lessons in the replacement vehicle.

Learn 2 drive driver training will not tolerate any form of verbal/physical abuse, whether directed at the driving instructor, a driving examiner or any other road user.

Where the instructor arrives late due to unforseen circumstances, the instructor will make every effort to extend/add time on the following lesson.

Where the client fails to attend a pre-arranged course time, the instructor will wait 15 minutes before leaving. This will then be classed as a ' No Show ' for the client who will be liable for 'No Show ' fee equal to that day's lesson price.

Learn 2 drive driver training may substitute any other instructor if unforseen circumstances arise.

Cancellation, Payments and Refunds
14 day money back guarantee. Courses which start within next 14 days are excluded from this guarantee. If client chooses a course unsuitable for their level of expertise and choose to end the course before all hours are completed. The learn 2 drive driver training will not be held responsible for this decision and any monies paid will be lost.

Intensive course payment
If course starting within 14 days payment must be made in advance. If client cancels fee will be lost. Payment must be made at least 28 days before course starts. Deposit 50% 28 days before course starts. Rest 14 days before course starts. To cancel, 14 days before course starts otherwise fee is lost (refunds are by cheque). Returned cheques £50.00 fee.
